Expired CNIC

If the CNIC of the guardian has expired, he has to visit NADRA to correct it and then submit a new CNIC to the BISP office.

B-Form Expired

If your child’s B- form (Children Registration Certificate) expires, then you have to take updated b-form with phot of child issued by NADRA and then submit this document to stay in this taleemi wazaif program.

Incorrect Person Information
